• On-Device Operation: All audio playback, physics simulation, timer states, custom mixes, and Sound Alchemy discoveries happen locally on your device.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the core features of SonitusPocket.
• No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or gather behavioral profiles on our users.

2. On-Demand Resources (ODR)

Some premium audio content (such as high-quality lossless environments or specific Anima venues like the Classical Auditorium) are hosted on Apple's servers using On-Demand Resources.

• When you download these resources, the request goes directly to Apple's infrastructure. We do not monitor which specific audio packages you download.

3. In-App Purchases

Any premium content unlocks are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit).

• Apple handles all billing and transaction processing securely.
• We do not collect or have access to your credit card information or personal financial details. We only verify the anonymous receipt to unlock features within the app.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
